WILL THERE BE DEALS FROM AIRPORTS NEAR ME?
Most likely, yes. We are based in Europe, so we concentrate in deals from Europe but we can’t control where deals originate from. We search for deals from all international airports, large or small. CAN I MANAGE MY TRAVEL BOOKINGS WITH YOU ?
TRAVELER-DEALS.NET does not provide, own or control any of the travel services and products that you can access. Our Travel Products, such as: flights, accommodations, rental cars, packages, or travel insurance (the “Travel Products”) are owned, controlled or made available by third parties (the “Travel Providers”) either directly (e.g. airline) or as an agent (e.g. online travel agency). For any problems or questions about your bookings, please contact the Travel Products directly.
ARE YOU A TRAVEL AGENT?
No – we do not issue tickets or hotel vouchers. We never ask for any payment for any travel booking. Your purchase will be directly with the hotel/airline website or with an online travel agent.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PLATINUM AND GOLD MEMBERSHIP?
The TRAVELER-DEALS.NET Platinum membership has all the Gold membership benefits plus business and first class deals and some extra Features, such as a travel assistant who help you to find the best deals. You also can download some travel eBooks for free. You can grab some special member deals and get premium support.
CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
Of course. We only want you paying for Gold or Platinum Membership if you absolutely find it valuable. You can cancel your subscription at any time within the Premium portal. If you choose to cancel within 7 days of your Premium Membership upgrade or renewal, send us an email or contact us here.
HOW TO STOP THE RECURRING PAYMENT AT PAYPAL:
Here’s how to cancel a subscription or recurring payment at PayPal:
1.Go to www.paypal.com and log in to your account.
2.Click ‘Profile’ near the top of the page.
3.Select ‘My money’.
4.In the ‘My pre-approved payments’ section, click ‘Update’.
5.Select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel and click ‘Cancel’.
6.Click ‘Cancel Profile’ to confirm your request.
DO YOUR PREMIUM PLANS RENEW AUTOMATICALLY?
Yes. But you can stop anytime your subscription and the billing in your member profile. You will be charged yearly (according your plan), on your initial billing day. If your initial billing day does not occur every billing cycle (e.g., you subscribed on the 31st, but the next month only has 28 days), then we will simply administer the charge on the last day of the month.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY ADDRESS AND E-MAIL?
Once you successfully log in, go to “Member Club” then to “Member Area” in the upper menu to change your home/business address or e-mail address. It’s that easy!

CAN I BECOME A GOLD OR PLATINUM MEMBER FOR ONLY A MONTH?
No, unfortunately not. The membership fee is so cheap. The minimum contract term for a gold or platinum membership is 1 year. Membership automatically renews for another year if it has not been cancelled no later than one week before the end of the membership. This is done e.g. uncomplicated via our contact form or in the account section.
IS A BOOKING SAFE?
Yes, it is – we will provide you with a number of booking options – you can book the airfare and hotel deals directly at the hotel/airline website, with an Online Travel Agent (OTA), deal provider or even at your local travel agent.
IS THE PAYMENT AND THE MEMBERSHIP SAFE ?
